Privacy Policy

Last updated: November, 2026

1. Who We Are

This website, survivalsip.store (the "Site"), is operated by Dugis Digital LTDA ("we", "us" or "our").

The Site publishes information and recommendations about the Survival Sip pocket water filter. We have a financial relationship with the product's provider: when you click a link on the Site and make a qualifying purchase on the official store, we may receive a commission. This does not change the price you pay.

2. Purchases, Shipping and Support

All orders are placed and processed on the official Survival Sip website, not on this Site. The official seller is solely responsible for payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, the money-back guarantee and product support. The personal and payment information you enter when ordering is collected by the seller under its own privacy policy. For any question about an order, please contact the official seller directly.

3. Information We Collect

Information you give us

The Site does not offer user accounts, comments, newsletters or online checkout. The only personal information we receive directly from you is what you choose to include when you email us or use our contact form, such as your name, email address and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, some technical information is collected automatically through server logs, cookies and similar technologies, for example:

  • device type, browser and operating system;
  • IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country or region);
  • the pages you view, the time spent on them and the links you click;
  • the website or ad that brought you to the Site.

We use this information in aggregate form to understand how the Site is used, keep it secure and measure the performance of our advertising. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Information we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information, such as details about health, race or ethnicity, religious or political beliefs, sexual orientation, or biometric or genetic data.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only:

  • with the service providers listed above, to operate and measure the Site;
  • when required by law, court order or a government authority;
  • when necessary to protect our rights, our users or the public.

Messages you send us by email or through the contact form are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Links to Other Websites

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • file a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, please reach us by email at support@survivalsip.store. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we aim to reply within 30 days. Because we collect very little personal information, in many cases we may not hold any data that can be linked to you.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion or correction, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. To make a request, including a request to opt out of sharing for cross-context advertising, contact us by email at support@survivalsip.store.

Visitors from the EEA, UK and Brazil

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Brazil, your personal information is processed in accordance with the GDPR, the UK GDPR and Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), as applicable, on the legal bases described in Section 4.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

13. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. You can still control cookies through your browser and the opt-out links in Section 6.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in how we operate the Site. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

15. Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, please contact us by email at support@survivalsip.store.
